:Reality..or sometimes being a breeder sucks

Yesterday I mentioned having enough material this week, between Julie and I, for that reality show Nate suggested. Today there’s more than enough. Far more than enough. Genevieve is dead. She represented so much. Her parents are two of the best Lhasa Apsos we’ve ever produced. She was red gold - our favorite color. I could go on, but I’m not going to.

Sometimes being a breeder sucks.

I read this post early this a.m. and am so sorry to hear about Genevieve. I know now much you and Julie looked forward to this litter. I lost a singleton 5 years ago to vet incompetence and my lack of experience. She was a beautiful Irish Setter red. And congrats on the Gompa litter. How are they doing?
