I was going to write a snappy reply: No fair! We don’t have raffle tickets yet! Then I realized she probably doesn’t either. Here’s the deal. The Lhasa Apso Club of Central Colorado is holding this year’s Specialty in Albuquerque, NM in October. Same week as the National. Our club is allowed a fundraiser the day of our show. We’ll be selling raffle tickets this year for your choice of two items. The first one is purple grooming table by Tableworks.
The second item, from 14k_9, is a sterling silver large standing Lhasa Apso on large free-form heart with red garnet accent stone as a brooch or pendant with small bail. Valued at $230:

The Lhasa Apso Club of Central Colorado met Sunday after brunch at Mount Vernon. We set up the upcoming year’s meeting dates and had all intent and purpose to set up some doggie get-togethers for ‘regular’ folks, perhaps using meetup.com. With husbands chomping at the bit, we rushed through instead. The next meeting will be held after Lhasa Apso judging in Ginny’s grooming area. Better put those doggie get-togethers on the agenda. Could be some creative meetups, given we’ve planned a Wine and Cheese Party for that particular meeting.
P.S. My server is still having some issues with the hardware utilized by my websites:
Well Gandalf is kind of up. We have ordered the new server, finally. Should arrive Feb 2. In the mean time we are going to try and get things fixed up or moved to a different server. The main issue will be the SGOL site. I am going to try some things tomorrow so expect some down time off and on. We lost the primary drive and I reconstructed from the last image backup a week plus ago, prior to the upgrade. I know this has been as much a pain as it has been for us.
